are The Raya Group's priority. We are

our expert consulting experience to enhance our
client's results. As one shoe does not fit all we
adjust to our clients needs. This is what you can
expect once you decide to step forward into the
world of coaching:
*There are four cornerstones that form the
foundation of co-active coaching:
1. The client is
naturally creative, resourceful, and whole.
2. Co-active coaching addresses the client's whole
life.
3. The agenda comes from the client.
4. The relationship is a designed alliance.
The primary building
block for all co-active coaching is this: Clients
have the answers or they can find the answers.
This is when the consulting enhances the client's
results. We provide excellent consulting. This is
how we ensure the client's success. From the
co-active coach's point of view, nothing is
broken; there is no need to fix the client.
In some cases people have a powerful sabotaging
voice that tells them they don't have the answers.
But co-active coaching stands on the certainty
that clients really do know. When they look
inside, with the help of a coach, they'll find
they know themselves, their strengths, and their
limitations. They will also discover what they
want, what they fear, what motivates them and what
holds them back, their purpose and their vision,
and where they sell out. They may never have
sought the answer before the couch asks the
question. The question that creates the channel
for self discovery, the answer is found. Clients
do know how to find their way, especially with the
help of their coach. Years of coaching experience
has proven that clients find their answers. This
is a result of the powerful questions that the
coach asks their client.
The process begins with addressing the whole life
of the client. The most important distinction of
co-active coaching is that we hold the client's
agenda at all times. The entire process is focused
on getting what results client wants. The coach's
job is to ensure that the agenda does not get
lost. The coaches create a safe environment where
the client easily is able to articulate their
dreams, goals, aspirations and desires. We help
the client clarify their mission, purpose, and
goals and help them achieve the outcome.
We constantly are designing an alliance with our
clients. Designing an alliance is continuous
throughout the coaching process. This is essential
to building trust in the coach/client
relationship. It is very important that the coach
understand how the client wants to be coached.
During our intake session we asked that the
clients answer a questionnaire to prepare us to
begin an enriching relationship. Designing an
alliance is a mutual responsibility of the client
and coach. The client is involved in developing a
powerful relationship that fits their working and
learning styles.
The product of the work the client and coach do
together is action and learning. These two forces,
action and learning combine to create changes.
Because the notion of action that moves the client
forward is so central to the purpose of coaching.
Learning is an equal and complementary force of
coaching. The learning generates new
resourcefulness, infinite possibilities, stronger
muscles and greater confidence for change.
Ultimately, through co-active coaching we create a
change that the client desires. Results achieved
through action and learning. Thus creating
fulfillment and balance in our clients lives. This
is success! What is preventing you from having the
life you want?
